Get away from the Time = Money mentality
and move into the Value = Money world.
Today we talked about how to deliver your best work and get paid for what you’re worth by productizing your services.

We had a great discussion about why it may not always be possible to move 100% away from hourly, or why hourly might work very well for some.
Nick shared that he is a big fan of Chris Do, founder of thefuture, who talks a lot about value. I just checked him out and WOW, I am now a huge fan as well. Here’s a link to his YouTube channel – but he is all over the place, so google him and learn from him.
