New Clients with WordPress Websites: If you have an existing WordPress website that works but needs some updates or improvements, I’d still love to help! In this case, you’ll need to move your site to my hosting and maintenance plan before we begin.

How does a VIP Website Day work?

From start to finish, this process is designed to be seamless, collaborative, and stress-free. These are the steps we’ll take:

If you’re not already on my hosting and maintenance plan, the first step is to migrate your WordPress website to my Flywheel server. This ensures your site is fast, secure, and backed up—and that I can easily support you moving forward.

You’ll fill out an onboarding form to share your goals and the updates you want. This ensures we’re aligned and ready to make the most of your VIP day.

We’ll review your onboarding form and discuss the scope of your updates to ensure everything fits within your VIP day. Then, I’ll get to work preparing your updates. I’ll create a staging site—a private copy of your website—where we’ll make updates safely (with no live site interruptions!)

Over six hours (with a one-hour break), we’ll collaborate on your site updates in real-time, ensuring everything is just right.

Once you’re happy with the changes, we’ll launch the updates by pushing them live—this takes just minutes.

And once your updates are live, I’ll still be here to support you and ensure your site stays up-to-date, running smoothly, and evolving alongside your business.
